i will do the commission under the assumption that you have read the terms and conditionsi have the right to refuse any commissionyou are absolutely not allowed to use my art in any NFT or generated AI, re-sell my art for higher than the original price, mass re-sell my art, or claim my art as your ownPAYMENT
all payment is done through G-cash or Paypal, in USD

- payment must be done before commission starts, but you may pay half first, and pay the other half once the commission is done (after all is paid, i will send the full res)
- refunds are only if:
- i am not able to finish/start the commission
- you canceled the commission before i startedTIME
- depending on the request, i may take a week up to 5 months depending on the complexity of the commission, slots, and uni work
- if i have an upcoming event situation that may delay my work on the commission (exams, hospitalization, etc.) i will let you know in advance!
- please expect that i could take longer than usual due to university
